The skin of both of the buttock and the inner and outer thighs is very resistant to tightening itself after a procedure such as lipocontouring. In those cases, skin must actually be cut away and tightened to give a smoother, more defined appearance. The results are generally outstanding but, again, the outstanding results come at the expense of scars.
Men desire a buttock appearance much different than that of women and I have written about these differences at length in multiple publications and lectures. All scars are hidden as best as possible but for the skin of the buttocks and the inner thighs, the scars just have to be the acceptable exchange for a better contour in those areas.
